Private equity investments, which include growth equity, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations, are made under the direction of Consonance Capital Partners, a private equity manager co-founded and co-led by Mitchell Blutt, MD, Benjamin Edmands, Stephen McKenna, and

Nancy-Ann DeParle.

Public life sciences investments were made under the direction of Consonance Capital Management, a hedge fund manager founded by Mitchell Blutt, MD, and his co-founders, Kevin Livingston and Benny Soffer, MD. Today, Consonance Capital Management is no longer making new equity investments, actively managing investment positions or accepting investor capital. It is continuing to oversee various administrative and financial matters associated with its underlying funds.
